My Play Palz is dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for all families. These guidelines help ensure everyone has a great experience while connecting and organizing playdates.
1. Safety First
- •Always meet in public spaces for initial playdates until you're comfortable with other families
- •Trust your instincts - if something doesn't feel right, prioritize your child's safety
- •Verify profiles and take advantage of our ID verification features
- •Share location details only with confirmed playdate participants
- •Report suspicious behavior immediately to our support team
2. Respectful Communication
- •Be kind and courteous in all interactions with other parents and families
- •Communicate clearly about playdate details, expectations, and any special needs
- •Respect different parenting styles and family values
- •No harassment, bullying, or discriminatory language will be tolerated
- •Respond promptly to messages and playdate requests
3. Profile Authenticity
- •Use real photos of yourself and your family (no stock photos or fake images)
- •Provide accurate information about your location, children's ages, and interests
- •One account per person - multiple accounts are not allowed
- •Keep your profile updated with current information
- •Complete verification processes when available to build trust
4. Event and Playdate Standards
- •Age-appropriate activities - ensure events are suitable for the invited age groups
- •Clear event descriptions including location, duration, and what to bring
- •Respect RSVPs and communicate any changes promptly
- •Cancel appropriately - give reasonable notice if you need to cancel
5. Privacy and Data Protection
- •Protect children's privacy - don't share personal information about other people's children
- •No sharing of contact information outside the platform until you've met in person
- •Respect photo sharing preferences - always ask before taking or sharing photos of other families
- •Keep conversations appropriate - this platform is for family-friendly interactions
6. Consequences and Reporting
Violations may result in:
- •Warning and education about community guidelines
- •Temporary suspension of account privileges
- •Permanent removal from the platform
- •Legal action in cases of illegal activity
